WHAT IS SUP YOGA?
SUP (Stand-Up Paddleboard ) Yoga
Performed on a stand-up paddle board floating in the waters of the local waterways and pools.We have a range of classes to meet your needs. We offer beginner welcome classes.
We meet at serval locations .
After a quick introduction and safety review we introduce you to your yoga “board” for today. You then paddle out to your SUP board anchor system, this is so you don't float away.
Your certified SUP Yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface. (feeling the energy below).
You will then move into a more energetic flow with lots of play! Then slowing down with restorative poses and the BEST Savasana you’ve ever experienced (really!).
Sky above you, waters below you, surrounded by nature, sun and water… What could be more perfect?
Ages 13 & up welcome

Community Classes :
SUP Yoga: Single Class Session = $25
SUP Yoga 3-Class Pack= $70
(Classes are held in the Flat water from PIN OAK Launch or Lions Park.)

Price includes the paddle-board and all equipment.
The 3 class pack is intended for one person to take class on 3 separate occasions and
cannot be shared with others.
PRIVATE SUP YOGA LESSONS
Private SUP Yoga Group Lesson (2-8 people):
$35 per person for a 2 hour session
Private Individual SUP Yoga Lesson:
$55 for a 2 hour session.
Each session includes- An on-land paddle lesson, guided paddle, and anchored SUP Yoga session.
First time paddlers and beginners welcome!

We require a minimum of two participants to run class.
You will be refunded if the minimum is not met.
Registration for SUP Yoga closes 1 DAY before class starts,
So we can prepare for class.
If the temperature drops below 55 degrees. Class will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

SUP Yoga Class Description:
Beginners SUP Yoga- this class is to get you started on the water with a gentle flow. There are modification and variations so you are able to make your poses more challenging or more stable depending on how you feel. The board will move in response to your weight as you move between the poses, and the water state will move your board and challenge your balance.But most importantly have FUN !!! Concentrate on Alignment, beginners poses and getting acclimated to the board .
Slow Flow/Restorative – is a gentle vinyasa practice with little to no chaturanga ( high to low plank). We focus on strengthen the shoulders and opening the heart and hips. We work with restorative type poses using the board as our prop. This class is great for beginners or for advance yogis needing to slow down.
Aqua Beats- is a vinyasa flow class based on a style of power yoga with modifications to a paddleboard. We also throw in a couple partner poses and this is all set to Reggae and Beach music. Think of a “Beach Party “ except on the paddleboard. This class is sure to have you sweaty and laughing all at the same time.
Fun and Fire -is a a much intenser class with holding poses and we introduce arm balancing and headstands. Along with fun Partner poses mixed with Acro-yoga. This class is sure to get you Fired up and maybe in the pool/open water! Step out your comfort zone!
